Arriving at the restaurant, waited a few minutes to be seated, no one was at reception, and no one seated me, I had to ask someone if I could use a table. Then once I'd found a table it took them 25min to clear, wipe and sweep!!! Other waiters walking around doing nothing, and they only had to serve between 6 and 7 tables!!! then I waited an additional 6 minutes for the menu's to arrive!!! I am not impressed at all and think it is absoloutly shocking service for any hotel or restaurant!!! All in all I waited a total of 31minutes for a menu!!!
