I recently attended a conference at the Protea Hotel in Midrand and was truly blown away with the excellent customer service and overall experience. The staff members were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The venue itself was stunning and the attention to detail was spectacular. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of items to choose from and the service offered by the waiters/waitresses was exemplary. The restaurant and conference staff were well organized and understood the needs of their customers. My company ordered a Halaal meal for me and I was really impressed with the manner in which my needs were attended to. The overall management of the restaurant was excellent. I will definitely inform my friends, colleagues and family about the positive experience which I had at Protea Hotel Midrand. My entire perception of the Protea Hotel group has changed as a result of this experience. I will definitely be visiting your hotel very soon to relive this wonderful customer experience. The service offered by your hotel is absolutely outstanding and I take my hat off to all the staff. Well done guys - keep it up!!
