I was invited back to the Protea Hotel after my complaint, and I have completely changed my opinion about the restaurant at the Hotel. Excellent & attentive service from the restaurant staff as well as the Food & Beverage Manager, delicious, perfectly prepared food and a good atmosphere. Well done Protea Hotel Midrand, and thank you or inviting me back to change my mind! It was definitely worth it and we will return!
