I lodged a complaint about a "change of bank details" problem I was experiencing with Discovery Health. Rishana Singh replied to me within an hour and had solved the problem by close of business that day. It was Christmas Eve so a very small delay due to the public holidays meant my refund took a couple of days extra, but it has been paid and I have to say that this is far more in line with Discovery Health's normal efficiency.
