I am appalled at the treatment I got from a very unproffessional "service specialist", Rivash Soobajr! i have been a client of Discovery Health for about 10 years and now have the misfortune of having to ask them to refund a premium. They have been paid twice for January 2013 but decide that they will refund my money at a time that is convenient for them! I am getting no joy from the "service specialists" they have in their call centre's. Could a proffessional Discovery agent please be in contact to assist me?
