Today when i was following uop with path care to verify whether my medical settled an asccount i was told that i have an outstanding account from 22 August 2012. I never received an account and even followed up with my medical aid and they never got an invoive.
Then i was given telephone numbers to find out what the account is i was told to call the numbers and find out myself as i was handed over to Vericred Collection. i had to call the headoffice to locate my account as no one could assist the consultants was very unhelpful and had a attitude. What i want to know is how did pathcare not informed me about my outstanding amount from 2012. Why did i only findout about this now. Due to pathcare incompetence i may have a bad credit record.
