No Telephonic Assistance

I am trying to call Bankmed, Claims department to enquire on a claim that was not paid to a supplier. I have been phoning the Bankmed number and selecting the correct option, however, 3 times i was directed to Momentum Mulitplier and they have been transferring me around with no solution.

Can you please contact me or sort out your stuff cause this is totally unacceptable.
