Totally frustrated

I am totally disappointed in the way Bankmed handles claims. I phoned to confirm I am covered for Occupational Therapy, and was told i am for the amount of R1450 pfpa. Little did I know they only pay for specific codes, like us ordinary people are suppose to know that. Nothing was said when I phoned to enquire. I always seem to have this problem where bankmed does not specify exactly what they pay for. I took my child to an Occupational Therapist, so whatever she is claiming for should be covered under occupational therapy, that's logical sense.
I am so tired of having to fight all the time for my claims to be paid out. Discovery pays without a hassle, why does Bankmed always have issues. I am on comprehensive thinking I'm covered for everything, but now we have to be doctors also and ask them what code they using and confirm first with bankmed if they pay out that code. How impossible, you think you paying for a service but still have to do everything yourself. Next time I will ask for approval in writing to cover myself.
