I went to emergency unit this morning for assistance. The service I got was very dehumanizing, I was asked loudly at reception to explain what my problem was so that Elmarie could fill it in a blue diary they have at reception. What ever happened to patient confidentiality? It was really embarrassing being looked at and listened to people whilst explaining what was wrong with me, if this the standard treatment everybody has been getting then it's disgusting. After such treatment I will ensure neither myself or any family member ever use Netcare again!!!
