I must say I am utterly disgusted at the service received from Garden City Hospital, so much for deeming yourself as Private Hospital. Here is a breakdown of my most horrific experience at your hospital.
I will have you know I stayed in a LIFE hospital 3 years ago and the service was world class in comparison to Garden City disgusting service. On the morning of 15th May 2013 at around 4AM I walked into your so called Private hospital staggering and throwing up needing urgent medical attention. Your main reception and guard sitting opposite the pharmacy just looked up at me, did not greet me, nor offer assistance he just looked up and pointed to the casualty department, I stagger towards the casualty doors open them and the guy sitting at the casualty reception area looks up at me with disgust, does not greet nor offer assistance and he again just points towards the "Triage" rooms. I enter the rooms and the 2 ladies there are sleeping, they are obviously on duty which means they supposed to be awake and not look so irritated at me disturbing their sleep whilst they are supposed to be on duty. After their cold and heartless check I was directed back to the casualty to reception
