Totally disappointing

Spoke to Sowayba, apparently there is still some information missing after 2nd time I submitted this claim.
Been submitting since the 5 December 2013, almost a month, and still have to waite for my money another month or maybe never because of Bankmed's incompetence. Cannot understand in this world of technology a person has to waite almost a month for their money back under normal circumstnces, so imagine when their is a problem yet bankmed collects their monthly fee on time.

I cannot understand why they cannot phone the doctor directly and ask for the necessary information, they rather expect you the member to do it. Seems we have to have knowledge on how Bankmed operates and know all the codes required to get OUR money back, just makes me wonder what we paying them monthly for as the doctors also do not want to claim from them which leaves us paying for a service we not getting.
