Good day,

On Monday 20th January 2014 i was rushed to the Netcare Kuilsriver Hospital in Kuilsriver at 21h30 the evening .as the arrival at the emergency entrance i was ask to sit at the trauma unit where i was ask to fill in a form, in my condition that time i could not fill in and ask my partner to do so, the waiting took forever until i was ask to go into a small room to do some blood pressure test, after that i was back to where i was, sitting, sitting, and again sitting until i have to go to a reception or i believe a admin worker that capture all the information that was filled in on the documents.

Again i have to wait,

In the meantime several staff of the netcare facility was in and around, but did not to assist the rest as we all that sit there came for a good reason, and only one guy was assisting all.

As time pass by i was ask to go into the trauma unit and was assist by a nurse and a dr, ...

I was laying on a bed, while the rest of the staff was making such a noise with laughing out load, speaking loud and no respect for any of the patients that came in that night.

This was my first experience at Netcare and wil be the last ever.
