I have no words for the amount of rubbish service i have had since 20.12.2013. Ask Sherwin to get someone who can solve my dilemma seeing that he is not capable in doing so. I don't have time for all this nonsence, its the festive season and this is just not how a person should be feeling, this is daylight. Ask him what my query is, I have repeated myself to many times already.trace all the calls ive made since friday and tell me how you would be reacting. I find your call centre to be entirely, properly and competently useless .everyone ive spoken to just passes the ball to the next fully incompetent person.i want you guys to tell me what was/has been so difficult for you guys to solve in my case since friday? Listen to all my calls and view all my mails to you, and my mails to SHerwin and tell me if any of my requests/queries are so ridiculous that im not getting any joy from you guys. I hope you guys have a merry festive season seeing that you are up mine. If you feel the need to get back to me or find time in your busy schedule please get someone competent to call me, im really not in the mood to be treated like an, SOMEBODY PLEASE RESPOND!
