I would like to expressed my frustrations with the institution above, I have been trying on several occasions phoning the faculty of management on 0115593875 to no avail, to my suprise they still have the festive recorded message and nobody seem to care to realised that its no longer festive season but working season.
I followup with the number as an alternative 0115594555 and managed to speak to the consultant who obviosiouly wouldnt know the answers as expected. He then suggested I google Hello Peter to lodge my complaint.
Please find out for me why the institution is not picking up telephone calls, why they havent remove the season recorded message.
I need information on one of their short courses programme I would like to enrol in.
Hope you will be lucky and get through to them as I wasnt.
