On the 23 October I called in to log a claim against one of the clients. Even though the process took almost 2 months Lindie Victor kept me up to speed constantly. When the client finally authorized the claim this amazing woman made sure that my transaction was processed ASAP.
I hope you guys at MiWay hold onto her and treat her with respect and praise her for the person that she is and the good work that she does. She is amazing at what she does and she is kind, understanding and proactive.
I wish every place I have to deal with has one like you Lindie, your a gem and you made me feel like a person and not a client.
