After waiting for over a week for what was to be a 24hr and being pushed from pillar to post, i finally got authorisation for a 21 day stay in hospital for a chronic condition. After my 21 day stay i was sent home with enough of my chronic medication to last me a week, application were made for me to receive my medication which is essential and which I can not miss, after the week ran out I had to then go buy medication as the "short wait" took until now, i am now nearly running out of medication again and was informed by the call centre, about being transferred to endless operators that all I can do is wait. I never wait to pay my subscription and feel they could afford me the same respect. 21 days in hospital only to find out i may relapse because they want me to wait. This has been the poorest service delivery I have ever received from a service provider. At my whits end with this lack of professionalism and service all together. Really can't understand where the "care" in healthcare comes from
