So let me start by saying, this initial booking was a problem! After experiencing problems for the second time on two seperate hotels with peermont website, we finally got hold of a lady Mrs Rene Chetty in Hr explained the problem, she looked into it and susequently arranged my booking for this Sunday @ metcourt. We did tell her its 2adults and 2kids! she sent through an e-mail confirming the bkng for 2adults n 2kids! On arrival @ the complex, we are given a King room which only accomadates 2people! I stood to complain @ reception for over an hour, who eventually tell me there are no family rooms available, and Mrs Chetty is not in, we can only chat 2 her in the morning, so where as they do not allow 4 people in this room I'm supposed 2 jus sleep all 4 in a room! I ask for a baby cot @ the very outset, 3hrs latr I get a call from Howard to say sorry but in the entire complex there isn't a baby cot available! so I'm supposed 2 sleep 2 adults n kids n a baby on a king bed!!! I am highly irate. And ask 4 senior management only to b told none available its the weekend! Really??? At peak period in the Hotel industry? Totally unacceptable! After knowing about the initial problem the attitude still stinks!
