Im still waiting for my refund of 594 that I paid for gynocoligisy that u said ul refund me and I phoned in to get authorisation no to go in for my c section now u send me a bill of almost 20000 ur and today I get an another invoice of 1000 u told me to use that hospital and dr on ur list and said I was full coverd now u say for hospital I didnt get authorisation and dr is above pay rate julle moet wakker word en julle werk reg doen ek waarsku mense teen momentum hulle is bad news slegste medies in suid africka moeni jou gesin op hulle lat depend ni jy gan n groot fout maak ek meen n mens vat medies vir rede nou se hulle ek moet 21000 betaal vir wat hulle is skelms
