INCORRECT PAYMENT

Hi
Kindly note that i have been submitted to Hospital and the medial aid did not pay my doctor. when i spoke to them, they advised that they have made payment into Standard bank account, which im not using for the past 5 years. when i have asked them to reverse the money, as i did not give my account details as the HR department is paying directly. They want me to go to Standard bank and request the money. I work from monday to Saturday and do not have time to go to the bank. I dont get as to why i should be doing damage controll when they have made the error. They should have confirmed the banking details with me before deposting into the account. Please can you kindly assist to get them pay the money to my doctor.
