A savings payout was made into the wrong account and I was asked to fill out forms, send proof of banking details and a copy of my ID. That was all done and I confirmed with the call centre and they received the docs. On Friday 1st Nov 2013 Discovery confirmed that they made payment to the new banking details according to the proof of bank I sent them. Today 4th Nov 2013 I checked my account and saw that nothing was transferred. When I called them they confirmed that it was rejected with no reason and advised me to call my bank. I called the bank and they said that my account is fine and that there is still money in my account. Even my salary gets paid into that account. Now i am basically stuck in the middle as the one company says one thing and the other says another. And still the 4k is still not in my account. Whole week the service I received from Discovery was brilliant until this morning when i saw there was nothing and that it was rejected with no reason. Please attend to this today still as it is money that belongs to me.
