The Receptionist was extremely unhelp and unwilling to assist. the accommodation facilities are really run down. We used to visit Drakensville often and was a good family gateway for our entire extended family. We even brought a couple of schools over as it was a fantastic place, however on my last visit I experience bad service, attitude and facilities. I am aware that the resort is up keeping its Afrikaans culture, however felt really unwelcome, epically during the weekend of Mandela's Funeral
