I chose the compliment check box because your facilities and check-in from what I understand was brilliant and that to me is what it should all be about.
I do however have some negative feedback to share that you might take back to the shareholders regarding visitors for tenants. I had family staying over there and wanted to stop by on my way past to say hello. We were asked to pay per person to enter and this to me is not acceptable as we were not going to be using any of the facilities and were merely passing through. We ended up meeting our family at the Wimpy and this was really a issue for me and them.
Might be a good idea to look at better access control around visitors for tenants.
