I booked a weekend stay for my family, when we reached our destination, there was no security at the gate, they had a power outage & no gaurantee when it will be back. The place is outdated, doesn't deserve to be listed as a holiday resort. Due to unsatisfactory conditions of the lodge I had to cancel my stay & the guy who attended to me said they will refund me my deposit. Managemnt was not there as the office was closed due to no electricity. A week later they refunded me 50% of my deposit which is ridicoulus based on the conditions of the place & the fact that they had no electricity. I am literaly pd off. I had to call them everyday & ask about my money, which they couldn't tell me exactly when, since they don't handle EFT's. The health inspectors need to visit the place & see the condition of the lodge (THEY NEED TO CLOSE IT DOWN), WHAT YOU SEE ON THE INTERNET IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE WHEN YOU GET THERE.(I WANT MY MONEY BACK), as I had no choice but not to stay there a minute longer. I ended up booking at the place called Drakensville, which is the nothing compared to this place. They need to go & see other places of competition & see how they can rate their standards.
