On the 13th of November I bought sneakers at the Adidas Store in Menlyn Shopping Centre and upon swiping my HealthyGear card (Card # 4327 0010 0871 9888) the lady told me that is says it's "not active" and will only be active in January 2014 which was VERY strange as I had used the card before. In fact a few months back I bought sneakers at Adidas in Sandton City and "running" sunglasses and running shoes and at Totalsports (Sandton) and I didn't have any issue. On the 29th of November I called to enquire about the matter and a Modise answered the call then requested me to send him an e-mail with the till slip which I did then he was apparently going to send that to the relevant people to sort out then 10 days later I called again to follow up since the was no feedback and the lady I spoke to told me she will chat to him to give me feedback. Today is the 19th of December and NOT a single person has bothered to say anything to me. Surely it can't take this long to look into the matter and give an explanation. I swear this kind of service is a way of Discovery telling us they're doing us a favour.
