On the 13th of Dec I was admitted for Lymph Node Biopsy, and Dr didn't tell me when must I come back for results and by that day I was supposed to be on duty but he didn't even bother to give me a sick not. The Nurse who was assisting me by the Name of Charles advise me to come back on the following day but Dr was not in on Saturday. Then I was forced to resume my duties on Saturday at work with that operating which was bleeding and and itching. I didn't even get an extra dressing so that I can change the one that have blood. I don't even know when can I take off the dressing. And Dr before he leave at Hospital didn't even check me if I'm doing well. He showed that he doesn't care. Please I need a work note for Friday. And I won't come back to Mount Edgecombe again.
