Time to move on - tired of bad service

I am going away for a 4 day volleyball tournament. I phoned a week before I am due to leave to find out how I can get my Adidas 25% discount on new sneakers. I was told to swipe the card which was "sent" to me. I informed them I did not receive a card. No problem just wait 2-3 weeks for another. Obviously this wasnt an option, they said that they would courier it to me by Wed. That meant I had one day before the event to buy sneakers and "wear" them in. I was promised that the card would be with me on Wed. It is now 1830 on Thur and still no card.
Both ladies I spoke to have promised me "the world", "give me a chance to change your mind about Discovery" they BOTH said. Well my mind is definitely changed - I WILL be moving my almost R10 000 a month business to another provider that wants my business and is prepared to look after me while I pay them.
Can you believe losing R10 000 a month over a pair of sneakers?
I have been reading other peoples comments (and they are numerous) here and I believe that moving from Discovery is the best thing to do!
For a company that professes to want to make me healthy, you are really not helping my stress and blood pressure levels.
Time to MOVE!!!
