Waited 35minutes on the phone to get assistance

MCS Cruises is utterly disappointing! I have been waiting on the phone for the past 35 minutes. When i have 53 seconds before my call gets answered the line gets dropped! All I need is information about the cruise!

Please manage this call centre better.
