I have paid a deposit on 1 October for a cruise in March (with questions regarding membership etc as I have previously been on a cruise). Until now - no response (more than 3 months...?). I need to pay the balance of the cruise during the next 3 days, but very reluctant - I dont get through to anyone. I have now been holding for 39 minutes - even the message stopped playing after 35 minutes however I am still holding... as I am typing this report. Non-existing customer "care".
