I have tried the entire day to get through 0860 114411. I have made over 6 calls on average 10 minutes each. At my last call I noticed that the voice recording mentioned that my call would be answered in 9minutes 24 seconds, about 15 times. We have just spent R8000 on a groupon voucher and now can not get ahold of MSC Starlight Cruises. Really disappointed.
