My daughter went on a cruise 16 - 18 Jan 13. Whilst boardiing, the MSC Cruises expect a breakage deposit of $150.00. She only has a debit card (MSC Cruise suggest not to use debit cards) buy she does not have a credit card., thus she had to use the debit card. The funds are immediately deducted off her account. The deposit was never communicated to her before the time. Half her spending money gone.
The paper work from MSC Cruises indicates 2 week from disembarking the monies would be paid back. To date and with many emails, the money has not been paid back and we are concerned that we are not receiving any further feedback.
What is the way forward???
