I have had to call MSC Starlight over the past week- a few times. I call the Johannesburg number and I have had no problem contacting them. The Cape Town number is impossible to get through on.
I am also amazed at people that go on a cruise expecting guaranteed weather and stops. Surely before you go you read the small print and surely you know that the weather is something that no one can change and that the safety of the passengers and the ship is more important? If you cant be grown up about this, rather dont book a cruise!!
