We are NEW customers, or at least, TRYING to join Discovery Health. We phoned last week wednesday (which was a mission to start off with because EVERYWHERE you need to give your membership number... we are PROSPECTIVE clients...). We were told someone would phone us by friday. Nothing. We are still waiting. And I cannot even contact you via the query on your website because... yep, you guessed it... we need a membership number. We are NEW clients. Do you treat all new clients like this? Is this the kind of service we can expect should we join? I truly do not feel like going through this amount of just to JOIN. How much more are you going to give me once I'm a member?
