After email correspondence months ago to change my medical aid to be on my partners medical aid I was informed the best way was to cancel my membership and re join - little did I know I would have some many issues.
They expect me to pay activation fees again, won't let fill in my online assessments "because I was a member before" yet on their second breathe I'm a new member so have to be treated like a new member.
I have email proof saying my vitality would be carried over - now to be told I can't because I cancelled my membership. ( even though it was discovery who advised me I had to cancel)
Now I am paying full price for my gym membership unless I pay activation fees AGAIN!
Never had such bad service in my life - never ceases to amaze me how such a big company have such bad service?
Someone better sort this matter out or I will be taking my business else where.
Unacceptable!
