No responce to online application

Good Day,

I have been calling the new members call center since June now trying to get a broker from Discovery Health to contact me regarding joining Discovery (I was told that this is the only way to become a member).

I had a bad experience with one of the brokers for Discovery Eastern
Cape (Pieter Hugo) t he did not give me feedback regarding the process of my request for membership and I had to keep CALLING HIM to find out what was going on!! I asked the callcenter to please put a note on my request that I DO NOT wish to deal with this person again. I then received a very rude/threatening call from this broker afterwards!!

I later spoke to someone at Discovery again and was told that I can apply online. I did apply online to join three days ago and have still not received any response. I am VERY disappointed in the response I have had from your new membership department!!
