NOT HAPPY WITH CALL CENTRE RESPONSE TIME

Called MSC on 011 798 3600/90 I been holding for 2 hours, no one helped me!!! this is frustrating, I wasted most probably R400 in airtime!!! I need to know where n when I have to pay the port fees!!! can it be this hard to find out??? I am utterly disappointed. Betsie is the receptionist who put me on hold.
