Discovery gives the worst service ever!!! My husband has been sick lying in hospital since friday 13, from 3.30am. He is still lying there WAITING ON AN AUTHORIZATION, for an emergency procedure that should have been done on friday. I called discovery numerous times on friday and saturday where i was assisted by your agents (spoke to manager Kumaren without them needing to speak to my husband as he was and still is in pain), but today i call them, they cant assist me. WHAT THE IS MY HUSBAND SUPPOSED TO DO WHILE HIS PASSED OUT DUE TO PAIN?? Due to this, he has now developed an infection, so they cant even do the procedure thanks to you. DO YOU FIRST WANT HIM TO DIE BEFORE YOU AUTHORIZE OR HELP HIM??? This is not the last you hear from me...
