Used my savings to pay the Hospital

I was taken to hospital months ago, There's a message when you call to get authorization which says "if your call is for an emergency admission, I should go straight to the hospital and I do not need authorization, however if it's within the next 48 hours I need authorization". In my case I was at work, got sick and was taken to the hospital. I spent the entire day there with tests been done and the whole deal! later that day I was asked if I wanted to stay in hospital or should I be sent home. I opted for home and was booked off for 4 days thereafter. Medication worked and everything went well, then the bill came, I started getting sms notifying me of what has been paid from my medical savings. I called Discovery and I asked them why they were paying the hospital from my savings and I was told I didn't get the authorization. I tried to argue with the consultant, she said someone will phone me, it's been months and I'm still waiting. In the mean time money is leaving my pocket every month, Discovery is doing nothing to sort this out. WHAT IS GOING ON???
