I have noticed once again Emperors Palace advertising the Santa's playground event. People do not be fooled that you will receive customer satisfaction after a complaint either with Emperors Palace and "The Event Park".
Emperors is quick to associate it names to the event but very fast to pull away from taking responsibility in grievance situations. Let's not even go to the management of "The Event Park Management" for them it is just about making a buck or two.
Dear South Africans this is a warning - When considering attending any event at Emperors Palace and especially a event hosted by "The Event Park" ask your self is it worth the time and effort to have a poor experience for your hard earn money.
I was promised a refund and till to date no response. James from "The Event Park" just started ignoring my calls and sms's after advising that a refund will be made.
Emperors please do not respond with your copy paste response. It is not needed. I would suggest researching what your company values are and trying to understand them with the hope of practising on it.
