I have a major problem with how the contributions for 2014 has been worked out, due to my earnings I will pay for myself and my twins over R2000 for medical contributions in 2014 and this year I am paying R1300 for all 3 of us I am paying nearly double that in 2014, I am not sure if anyone has looked at the way all this has been set up, the person in the 2nd bracket of earnings stops at 9300, the 3rd bracket which I am in starts at R9301 and because I earn slightly more than the person in the 2nd income bracket it's ok for me to pay double that amount? it's not fair at all, life is expensive as is, then we look at the 4th income bracket the difference is earnings between the 3rd & 4th income is R200 however the person in the 4th income bracket does not pay double in contributions to that of the 3rd bracket but the person in the 3rd bracket pays double the contribution of that in the 2nd income bracket it DOES NOT MAKE SENSE HOW THAT WAS WORKED OUT AND APPROVED, I am on Bonitas as I can't afford a better medical aid but it seems I will have to cancel as I can't afford to pay that much. It's daylight, PLEASE SOMEONE LOOK INTO THE MATTER
