I have received feedback that my plan would be on the highest income bracket, I have called discovery on numerous occasions and was put on hold forever and told by the consultant that its an inbound contact centre that they can not call me back, however my dilemma is that I have is that my basic earnings are less than 6200 on a monthly basis most of the time because I am a temporary employee through an agency therefore I get paid an hourly rate, therefore some months which are the 5 week months I may get paid over 7000 but what concerns me is why would discovery take my incentives which are in no ways guaranteed especially when I wrote out a letter explaining this, apply for a loan and incentives are not taken into consideration because it is not stable in any way, if I don't make any incentives due to unforeseen circumstances it means I would still be expected to pay the highest income bracket which is in no way fair to me, if this is not rectified within the next 7 days I will be taking the matter further but hopefully this would be sorted out promptly
