I am so upset with Discovery Health. Discovery is so expensive but their service is so bad. I put my sister on the key care plan for non-income earning people because she is a student. I March Discovery just deducted a large sum of money from my account. When I asked about this deduction I was told that my sister was moved to a higher income bracket because she had not supplied the relevant documents to show that she is still a student. She then sent these documents though and we received an email confirmation from keycare on the 06.05.2013 to confirm receipt of the documents and to confirm she has been moved back to the correct income bracket (0-6250).
On the 25th May the extra amount was deducted again. I went to the bank to get this reversed and I called discovery to complain. I was told that the issue was resolved late so the monthly deductions had gone through. I was fine with that.
To my surprise on the 25th June this amount was deducted again. I called to complain and again I was assured that this issue had been resolved, but guess what, on the 25th July the discovery deduction went through. I have cancelled the memebership beacuse of the service.
