I made a booking for an appointment 3 weeks prior to the actual date. When I arrived for my treatment, I was told that the consultant is not there and that they tried phoning me to cancel my appointment, which was a lie.
There was no one to help me and the one consultant that was there was busy getting her hair done. After a struggle, I finally got someone to help me, but she could not complete the treatment. She said she would call someone else to complete this treatment. I waited a further 20 minutes for this consultant who just never arrived, after which I walked out of the room and have never been back since.
Their service is shocking and they have not the faintest idea what customer service is.
