Never have accommodation

I have been am member of since 1999, i have only ever been lucky enough to get RCI to get us a booking in a lice infested beach cottage at Banana beach,
i again try now, and guess what they simply dont have accommodation, but very quick to let my point expire or charge us, i am about as sick of RCI as one could possibly become, and would not hesitate now to summons them for all teh funds i have lost to them
