I am a 74 year old pensioner and trying to resolve this telephonically and via email has not produced results.
HOW MUCH MORE TIME AND ENERGY MUST I WASTE WITH THIS???
TTO = MEDICINE ON DISCHARGE FROM HOSPITAL
I had TWO cataract surgeries -
First on the 15/10/13 - the claim from Baker Street Pharmacy for R676.42, after countless e-mails, was FINALLY processed and I received a refund of R508.79
Second on the 5/11/13 - the claim from Ackermans Pharmacy is for the same post-op eye drops that I HAVE to use for 4-5 weeks for recovery from the surgery
I need an e-mail confirming that this claim WILL be processed and that I WILL receive a refund
