It is with sadness that I write this insert about Chrysler as I have owned 3 Chryslers over the years. Part of the family I would say.
My Chrysler Sebring, which is under a Maintenance plan was towed in for repairs on Saturday 9th February 2013, as it exhibited electrical problems relating to the ABS braking system.
I was advised by Steven the Consultant that there was a problem with the ABS braking system and a part would need to be ordered from America. This would in fact take 14 days. I verbalised my shock, disappointment and sadness as I need my car to get to work and back each day. No public transport is available in my Area.
NOW, my question is. Why can't a part be air freighted to expedite quick turnaround time so that I can use my car again? Hyundai certainly do this and secondly, I have a maintenance plan Why do Chrysler not have a courtesy car available for clients when delays of this kind occurs due to no fault of mine.
I have complained to the Dealership and lodged a formal complaint on the complaints line previously, about the carpet in my Sebring that was not fitted correctly by the Factory splitting on the side only to be told that this was not there problem.
