Still no stock after two months

In late November 2013 I took out a new contract for a tablet, due to the fact that there was a promotion running whereby you could choose a free gift. Had it not been for the promo, I would have gone with another provider. When signing the contract, I was advised that the branch had no stock of any of the items, but that they would receive stock early in the new year, as it was highly unlikely that they would receive anything in December 2013. I chose the option of a power bank, and checked in every week or so. Every time I go in, all I get told is "still no stock, we will let you know". On the 28th January 2014, I expressed that I was now getting fed up, and was told that they would check with the warehouse, and get back to me the following day. Yet again, no feedback was received. I am now getting tired of all the excuses, and would like an answer as to what is happening.
