On Saturday 20 July a group of 11 of us had PRE-BOOKED tickets to visit this expo - only to our disappointment we had to wait almost an hour to enter the venue. Ushers and people from the organising company were the least bit helpful in assisting us to understand why we could not go inside. We were promised that we would speak to the organiser but she never pitched. While waiting for an hour, it was apparent that people who had not booked a ticket and were paying at the door were allowed entry before us. What rubbish is this - Don't tell people to book in advance then allow others inside first.
Upon entrying the venue, the place was cramped and being a short person I could barely see the stalls. I felt sorry for the exhibiters because unfortunately they are the ones who had lost the business. A number of people that had attended were disappointed and to the organiser in future if u want to do an event like this be more professional about it. Something like this should not be about making money but should allow people to appreciate the chocolate and coffee on exhibit.
THE WORST EXPO I HAVE EVER BEEN TO DESPITE IT BEING ABOUT THE THING I LOVE MOST.A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!
