Fedhealth has just rejected my mother's claim (she is a cancer patient) for the umpteenth time and for the third different reason, the first being that she allegedly wasn't a member (she has been for years!) and then because the practice number was not on the invoice and now because the treatment date is cut off? However On the claim sent I can clearly see all of these things so why the f$&@ am I'm having to fight so desperately for R800!!!
Does fedhealth employ people who cannot read!?! Must I highlight the dates and practice number to make it more clear!??
Frankly I don't think Gwyneth took the time of day to even look into this issue despite me calling the call centre 4 times, countless emails and zero customer service or results!
My mother is stressed out of her bracket about this stupid claim, she is on the top tier medical plan for her cancer and you guys have been nothing but dogs!!
