Dr. Moodley,
I am bitterly disappointed and absolutely furious at the moment. My son has saved his money which he works very hard for to come and see you, to you the money might not have been a lot but for him it is. I found the 5 minutes we spent with you, 2 of which were used trying to sell us sunscreen, an absolute waste of time and money. I have never met someone so disinterested, you barely even looked at his face. I am hoping that you are just having a bad day and this is not the level of care normally given to your patients.
We walked in not knowing what he has, and now we still are clueless and in shock. No wonder I could get an appointment at such short notice.
I am writing to you to explain how you made us feel and I hope that in future your patients will not have the same treatment.
