Failure to pay Gyneacologist fees PMB

Absolutely no response from bankmed, i was never informed that i would have to pay in almost R7000 for having a baby. They gave authorization for ICD codes provided by my Dr. Being shund from pillar to post. I was later advised that motivation letters need to be written, but the Dr refuses because they claim, it would be a waste of time. No consistency at the Enq Dept. No-one told me that getting an auth code does not guarantee payment. No-one informed me that the Dr I have seen is not on the panel or a member of Bankmed. I have sent a very concerned email to bankmed 2 weeks ago, but absolute no response. I'm receiving nasty demands from the Dr to settle the full account immediately as it is their financial year end. Where must I get this kind of money. I pay my medical aid fees every single month, never ever defaulted. I hardly use the service. With my 1st child in 2011 I used the same Dr and all bills were covered. What's the difference now? No-one informed me of any changes. I was given auth codes and thought everything will be covered. I'm the bread-winner, whose just become a home owner with a huge bond to pay. I don't have the money to pay this account. Please relook at my situation.
